We are committed to reducing the impact that ITW Imagedata's activities have on the environment by:

• Taking steps to minimise the waste we generate through monitoring operations and ensuring that our processes are as efficient as possible.
• Controlling all emissions from our processes to ensure that, as a minimum, we comply with our Environmental Permitting and regulatory requirements at all times.
• Maintaining systems to ensure that any deviation from the standard operations does not result in pollution of the environment.
• Taking appropriate steps to reduce the carbon footprint of our operations where this is viable.

• To provide adequate control of the health and safety risks arising from our work activities on the Brantham site.
• To consult with employees on matters affecting their health and safety.
• To provide and maintain safe plant and equipment.
• To ensure safe use and handling of substances.
• To provide employees with appropriate information and training to allow them to perform their work safely.
• To take action to prevent injury or work-related ill health.
• To ensure our activities are compliant with relevant Health and Safety legislation.
• To review and revise this policy on an annual basis.
